摘　　要：目的 对天然产物来源的β位淀粉样蛋白前体蛋白切割酶1(BACE1,又称β-分泌酶)抑制剂的研究进展进行总结。方法 通过收集文献中报道的具有抑制BACE1活性的天然产物信息,对其BACE1抑制活性进行总结,根据化学结构、来源植物、半抑制浓度等信息对化合物进行分类。结果 根据结构类型将文献中报道的天然产物来源的BACE1抑制剂分为黄酮类、三萜及甾体类、香豆素类、蒽醌类、鞣质多酚类及生物碱类。结论 梳理天然产物来源的BACE1抑制剂的研究进展,为基于该靶点的创新药物研发奠定基础。Objective To summarize the research progress of natural products-derived β-site APP cleaving enzyme 1(BACE1) inhibitors.Methods By collecting the information in published articles, the BACE1 inhibitory activity of natural products-derived BACE1 inhibitors were summarized. The compounds were sorted out according to the chemical structure, plant resource and half effective inhibition concentration.Results We classified the natural products-derived BACE1 inhibitors as flavonoids, triterpenes, steroids, coumarins, anthraquinones, tannic polyphenols and alkaloids.Conclusion This review summarized the research progress of natural products derived BACE1 inhibitors, which laid a foundation for the research and development of innovation of new drugs based on the target BACE1.
