摘 要:盾构施工势必会诱发地层沉降,通过研究其沉降机理及预测模型可为实际工程提供理论依据。文章依托济南黄河隧道工程,开展了超大直径(15.76 m)泥水平衡盾构穿越黄河地层扰动机理及沉降预测模型研究。基于施工沉降监测数据,分析盾构机穿越土体不同阶段的位移和应力变化;采用三维有限元法建立土体模型,模拟盾构机掘进;引入最大沉降量系数和沉降槽宽度系数,结合在黄河浅滩的24个断面的监测数据,修正出预测黄河地层沉降的PECK公式模型。结果表明:盾构施工过程中的地层沉降情况符合沉降槽宽度和最大沉降量的一般规律;有限元模拟中土体失稳破坏位移与实测地表沉降曲线基本吻合;修正后的PECK公式能够很好的预测盾构穿越黄河中下游软土地层的沉降情况。As shield construction is bound to induce stratum settlement,the study of its settlement mechanism and settlement prediction model can provide a theoretical basis for practical engineering.Based on the Yellow River tunnel project in Jinan,this paper studies the stratum disturbance mechanism and settlement prediction model of mud-water balance shield with a very large diameter(15.76 m)tunneling through the Yellow River.Based on the settlement monitoring data of construction,the displacement and stress changes of shield machine tunneling through soil in different stages were analyzed.The three-dimensional finite element method was used to establish the soil model to simulate the shield tunneling.By introducing the coefficient of maximum settlement and the coefficient of settlement trough width,and combining with the monitoring data of 24 sections in the Yellow River shoal,the PECK formula model was modified to predict the stratum settlement of the Yellow River.The results show that the stratum settlement during shield construction conforms to the general law of the width of the settlement trough and the maximum settlement.The sediment failure displacement in finite element simulation is basically consistent with the measured surface settlement curve.The modified PECK formula can well predict the settlement of the soft soil stratum tunneling through the middle and lower reaches of the Yellow River.
