摘  要:将铁尾矿砂应用在沥青混合料中是解决大宗固废污染及路用矿料资源紧张问题的有效手段,其在沥青混合料中的研究愈发受到重视。以常用于高等级路面结构层的SMA-13、AC-20沥青混合料为研究对象,制作铁尾矿砂掺量分别为10%、7%的SMA-13、AC-20沥青混合料,同时将未掺加铁尾矿砂的沥青混合料作为对照组;通过车辙、马歇尔稳定度、冻融劈裂、浸水残留稳定度、汉堡及低温弯曲试验,分析其路用性能;从微观角度,借助集料图像测量系统、扫描电镜和接触角试验进行剖析。结果表明:对于掺加铁尾矿砂的SMA-13、AC-20沥青混合料,高温水稳定性能略优于对照组,低温性能与对照组基本相同;铁尾矿砂优良的棱角性、微观结构特性以及与沥青较好的黏附性是其路用性能略有提高的内因。铁尾矿砂可作为细集料,以较高的掺量应用至高等级沥青路面结构层。The application of iron tailings sand in asphalt mixture is an effective means to solve the problem of large solid waste pollution and shortage of road mineral resources,and the research on the application of iron tailings to asphalt mixtures has attracted more and more attention.The article takes SMA-13 and AC-20 asphalt mixtures commonly used in high-grade pavement structure layers as the research object,and designs SMA-13 and AC-20 asphalt mixtures with iron tailings content of 10%and 7%respectively.Setting up a control group without iron tailings and passing the rutting test,Marshall stability test,freeze-thaw splitting test,immersion residual stability test,Hamburg test,low-temperature bending test,analyze its road performance;and the article makes analysis with the help of the material image measurement system,scanning electron microscope and contact angle test from a microscopic point of view.Studies have shown that the high temperature water stability of SMA-13 and AC-20 asphalt mixtures with iron tailings is slightly better than that of the control group,and the low-temperature performance is basically the same as that of the control group.The excellent angularity,abrasion resistance and good adhesion to asphalt of iron tailings are the internal reasons for the slight improvement of its road performance.Iron tailings can be used as fine aggregate to apply high-grade asphalt pavement structure layer with higher content.
