摘  要:墙材生产过程中合理设置码坯工艺参数不仅可以提高砖坯预热及窑烧质量,而且还能提高生产效率、降低生产成本。文章通过系统分析码坯工艺过程中的编组、坯垛稳定、码坯密度及气流通道等关键质量控制因素,提出了相应的优化控制方法与措施,并以码坯工艺质量控制的研究分析为基础,运用流体仿真软件Fluent对2种码坯形式(四压二、六压三)进行流固耦合传热数值模拟研究,模拟坯垛不同结构、不同宽度气流通道等对砖坯预热效果的影响。结果表明:边垛1(四压二)的预热效果优于边垛2(六压三);减少坯垛中沿热空气流动方向的顺坯数量以及加大各砖坯间的气流通道宽度可减小预热温差,提高坯垛预热质量,可为优化生产工艺控制、提高预热质量及改进坯垛结构提供指导。The reasonable setting of blank stacking process parameters in the production process of wall materials can not only improve the brick preheating and kiln firing quality,but also improve the production efficiency and reduce the production cost.This paper systematically analyzes the key quality control factors such as marshalling,brick stack stability,brick density and air flow channel in the process of brick coding,and puts forward the corresponding optimization control methods and measures.Based on the research and analysis of brick coding process quality control,the fluid solid coupling heat transfer of two types of brick coding forms(four pressure two and six pressure three)is numerically simulated by Fluent software,the effects of different stack structures and air flow channels with different widths on brick preheating are simulated.The results show that the preheating effect of side stack 1(four pressing two)is better than that of side stack 2(six pressing three);The preheating temperature difference can be reduced and the preheating quality of brick stack can be improved by reducing the number of bricks along the hot air flow direction in brick stack and increasing the width of air flow channel between bricks.The results provide guidance for optimizing production process control,improving preheating quality and improving brick stack structure.
