摘  要:针对新能源风电场分布范围广、运维流程复杂、实时性要求高、变更频繁,以及流程触发多元化导致管理困难等问题,提出一种基于广度遍历和僵枝切除的工作流处理方法。文章综合考虑人工开票、故障检修、报警多数据源流程触发等因素,将电气一种票、电气二种票、电气检修票进行业务建模,形成结构化数据,与运维流程动态绑定,设计并实现了自定义工作流的风电流程运维系统。结果表明:基于自定义工作流的风电场运维系统能够解决流程的复杂性及变更等问题;有效地实现了流程的自定义可视化配置、多数据源的任务驱动以及线上自动化运维。This study proposes a workflow processing method based on breadth traversal and rigid branch removal to address the problems of wide distribution of new energy wind farms,complex operation and maintenance processes,high real-time requirements,frequent changes,and management difficulties caused by diversified process triggers.Structured data are formed and dynamically bound with operation and maintenance processes through the modeling of electrical one-and two-way tickets and an electrical maintenance ticket.Factors such as manual invoicing,troubleshooting,alarms,and multi-data source process triggering are considered.A wind current process operation and maintenance system with user-defined workflow is then designed and implemented.Results show that the wind farm operation and maintenance system based on user-defined workflow can solve the problems of process complexity and process change.The system effectively realizes user-defined visual configuration of workflow processes,task driving of multiple data sources,and online automatic operation and maintenance.
