摘  要:基于三相不平衡对配电网经济运行和安全稳定运行的危害,阐述了自动换相、无源补偿和有源补偿三种主流治理技术的原理、实现方式及优缺点,为找到一种经济、可行、有效的三相不平衡治理方案提供参考,减少三相不平衡对配电网的危害,降低配电网线路损耗。In view of the harm of three-phase unbalance to the economic operation and safe and stable operation of the distribution network,the principles,implementation methods,advantages and disadvantages of three mainstream governance technologies,automatic commutation,passive compensation and active compensation,are expounded to provide reference for finding an economical,feasible and effective three-phase unbalance treatment scheme,reduce the harm of three-phase unbalance to distribution network,and reduce the loss of distribution network lines.
