摘 要:为有效掌握电力系统实时运行中的状态趋势,提出一种基于多源异步量测的电力系统动态估计方法,解决多源数据融合时产生的采样频率异步问题,实现对电力系统快速、准确预测。首先,提出一种RTU下快速率EKF动态状态估计算法,缩短了状态更新周期。然后,为提高状态估计精度,引入PMU量测且采用自适应更新量测值的方法解决了不同时间尺度与量测精度的多源量测装置间量测数据难以融合的问题,建立了多源异步量测的电力系统动态状态估计算法,提高了算法的状态估计速度且改善了估计精度。最后,在MATLAB仿真平台中基于实际算例验证了该方法的准确性和优越性。In order to understand the real-time operation trend of power system effectively,a dynamic estimation method of power system based on multi-source asynchronous measurement is proposed to solve the problem of asynchronous sampling frequency caused by multi-source data fusion,and realize fast and accurate prediction of power system.Firstly,a fast-rate EKF dynamic state estimation algorithm under RTU is proposed,which shortens the state update period.Then,in order to improve the accuracy of state estimation,the PMU measurement is introduced and the method of adaptively updating the measurement value is adopted to solve the problem that the measurement data is difficult to fuse between multi-source measurement devices with different time scales and measurement accuracy.A power system dynamic state estimation algorithm for multi-source asynchronous measurement is established,which improves the state estimation speed of the algorithm and improves the estimation accuracy.Finally,the accuracy and superiority of the method are verified based on a practical example in the MATLAB simulation platform.
