摘  要:传统倍捻机多采用异步电机配合皮带的方式进行传动,存在能耗大、噪声大、各锭转速不匀等缺点,而电锭式倍捻机使用小功率外转子永磁电机直接驱动每个锭子,可缩减传动链,节能环保,提高纱线产品质量。对比了电锭式倍捻机用永磁电机不同极槽配合方案,选取了合适的极槽配合,通过斜槽改善了输出转矩特性,最终确定了一台可代替异步电机加皮带工作的电锭式倍捻机用外转子永磁电机。Traditionally,the double twister is driven by asynchronous motor with belt,which has the disadvantages of high energy consumption,high noise and uneven rotation speed of each spindle.The electric spindle double twister uses a low-power external rotor permanent magnet motor to directly drive every single spindle,which can reduce the transmission chain,save energy and environmental protection and improve the quality of yarn products.Different pole slot matching schemes of permanent magnet motor for electric spindle double twister are compared in this paper,and the appropriate pole slot matching is selected.The output torque characteristics is improved through the inclined slot.Finally,an external rotor permanent magnet motor for electric spindle double twister that can replace asynchronous machine and belt is determined.
