摘 要:开关磁阻电机在驱动真空泵的过程中存在转矩脉动大影响运行稳定性的问题。为了改善这个问题,首先用Maxwell张量法对转矩脉动进行了理论分析。在此基础上,采用在转子齿两侧开梯形槽的方案,并研究了梯形槽齿顶高度、槽宽、槽深和开槽角度对开关磁阻电机转矩脉动的影响。通过有限元仿真获得算例电机的择优设计方案,在该方案下开关磁阻电机的平均转矩增大了14.8%,转矩脉动系数降低了20.3%。The switched reluctance motor has the problem of large torque ripple affecting the operation stability in the process of driving the vacuum pump.In order to improve this problem,the torque ripple is theoretically analyzed by Maxwell′s tensor method.On this basis,the scheme of opening trapezoidal slots on both sides of rotor teeth is adopted,and the effects of trapezoidal slot width,slot depth,tooth tip height and slotting angle on the torque ripple of switched reluctance motor are studied.The optimal design scheme of the example motor is obtained through finite element simulation.Under this scheme,the average torque of the switched reluctance motor is increased by 14.8%,and the torque ripple coefficient is reduced by 20.3%.
