摘　　要：国家意识形态安全是一个语言哲学命题。国家意识形态安全是通过语言来实现的,国家意识形态最为纤细的根须都生长在语言构造之中,语言构成国家意识形态安全的基本器官。语言性质与国家意识形态性质在根本上是一致的,语言为国家意识形态安全提供知识性解释、价值性评价、策略性行动。语言结构构成国家意识形态安全的深层本质,语音结构是意识形态得以澄明的绝对旋律,语法结构是测试意识形态结构的最佳试金石,语义结构构成意识形态普遍性意义的集中体现,语用结构造成意识形态意义的漂浮状态。意识形态安全落实在语言功能上,语言是意识形态的表达形式,语言是意识形态的记录手段,语言是意识形态的传播媒介,语言是意识形态的实践路径。National ideological security is a linguistic philosophy proposition.The ideological security of the state is realized through language,the slimmest roots of the national ideology are grown in the language structure,and language constitutes the basic organ of the ideological security of the state.The nature of language is fundamentally consistent with the ideological nature of the state,and language provides intellectual explanation,value evaluation and strategic action for the ideological security of the country.Language structure constitutes the deep essence of national ideological security,speech structure is the absolute melody of ideology,grammar structure is the best touchstone to test ideological structure,semantic structure constitutes the concentrated embodiment of ideological universal meaning,and linguistic structure causes the floating state of ideological meaning.Ideological security is carried out in language function,language is the expression form of ideology,language is the record means of ideology,language is the media of ideology,language is the practical path of ideology.
