摘　　要：在新时期自然资源统一管理和国土空间规划背景下,对高校土地资源管理专业研究生的培养提出了新要求,应发展面向自然资源综合调查、管理、规划的新型技术人才,以适应新时期全域全要素综合管理对高端专业人才的需要,满足社会经济发展需求。高校应当在现有课程体系上进一步完善,针对自然资源统一管理内容增设相应课程,采取团队交流学习、分层分类的培养模式,提高土地资源管理专业研究生的综合素质,提升系统理论知识和专业实践技能,加强其创新创造能力,为自然资源管理输送更多的专业人才。Under the background of unified management of natural resources and land spatial planning in the new era,new requirements are put forward for the cultivation of graduate students majoring in land resources management in colleges and universities.Colleges and universities should further improve the existing curriculum system,add corresponding courses for the unified management of natural resources,adopt the training mode of team exchange and learning,and hierarchical and classified training.Also,we should improve the comprehensive quality of graduate students majoring in land resources management,the level of systematic theoretical knowledge and professional practical operation skills.It’s necessary to strengthen their innovation and creativity in order to provide more professionals for natural resource management.
