摘 要:在人体骨骼中,间充质干细胞、成骨细胞、破骨细胞和软骨细胞等细胞共同参与骨代谢,调控异常会导致骨质疏松症、骨关节炎等慢性骨病。研究发现,微小RNA可以调控间充质干细胞、成骨细胞、破骨细胞和软骨细胞等细胞的增殖、分化和凋亡等多种生理病理过程,是调控骨质疏松症、骨关节炎等慢性骨病骨代谢的关键因子。本文着重综述并探讨了微小RNA 146a对间充质干细胞、成骨细胞、破骨细胞和软骨细胞的调控机制,以期为骨质疏松症、骨关节炎等慢性骨病的防治药物的研发与应用提供参考。In human bone,mesenchymal stem cells,osteoblasts,osteoclasts and chondrocytes participate in bone metabolism.Abnormal regulation will lead to chronic bone diseases such as osteoporosis and osteoarthritis.It is found that microRNA can regulate a variety of physiological and pathological processes such as proliferation,differentiation and apoptosis of mesenchymal stem cells,osteoblasts,osteoclasts and chondrocytes.It is a key factor in regulating bone metabolism in chronic bone diseases such as osteoporosis and osteoarthritis.This paper focuses on the regulatory mechanism of microRNA 146 a on mesenchymal stem cells,osteoblasts,osteoclasts and chondrocytes,in order to provide reference for the development and application of drugs for the prevention and treatment of chronic bone diseases such as osteoporosis and osteoarthritis.
