摘  要:研究并建立了测定壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚(NP-10)与十二烷基二甲基甜菜碱(BS-12)二元复配体系中2种表面活性剂含量的方法。采用紫外光谱法准确检测NP-10/BS-12二元复配体系中NP-10的含量,BS-12对NP-10在最大吸收波长223 nm处吸光度的影响可忽略,当溶液中NaCl浓度为10~100 mg/L时,该方法仍能准确检测复配体系中NP-10的含量,回收率为99.4%~100.9%。采用比色法能准确检测NP-10/BS-12二元复配体系中BS-12的含量,NP-10不会对比色法检测BS-12产生明显的干扰,当溶液中NaCl浓度为10~100 mg/L时,复配体系中BS-12的回收率为98.3%~101.7%。该方法能有效检测NP-10/BS-12二元复配体系中二种表面活性剂的含量。A method for the determination of two surfactants in binary mixtures of nonylphenolpolyoxyethylene ether(NP-10)and dodecyl dimethyl betaine(BS-12)was developed.The content of NP-10 in NP-10/BS-12 binary mixed system could be accurately detected by UV spectroscopy.The effect of BS-12 on the absorbance of NP-10 at the maximum absorption wavelength of 223 nm is negligible.When the concentration of NaCl in the solution was 10-100 mg/L,this method could still accurately detect the content of NP-10 in the binary mixed system,and the recoveries of NP-10 were 99.4%-100.9%.The content of BS-12 in NP-10/BS-12 binary mixed system could be accurately detected by colorimetry,and the interference of NP-10 on the detection of BS-12 could be also ignored.When the NaCl concentration in the solution was 10-100 mg/L,the recoveries of BS-12 detected by colorimetry in NP-10/BS-12 binary mixed system were 98.3%-101.7%.The method can be used to detect the contents of NP-10 and BS-12 in the binary mixed system.
