摘 要:利用硼掺杂石墨烯的大π共轭结构和还原性,以硼掺杂石墨烯为还原剂和稳定剂,通过无电沉积法制备硼掺杂石墨烯负载钯纳米颗粒催化剂。钯纳米颗粒尺寸约为6.5 nm,均匀地分散在硼掺杂石墨烯表面。将此催化剂修饰在玻碳电极表面,制备得到的电化学传感器对H_(2)O_(2)具有良好的电化学催化效果,对H_(2)O_(2)检测具有较宽的线性范围(2.5~300μmol/L)及较低的检出限(830 nmol/L),并成功的应用于实际样品牛奶中H_(2)O_(2)的检测。Taking advantage of large conjugated structure and reductivity of boron-doped graphene,the palladium nanoparticles/boron-doped graphene catalyst was prepared by electroless deposition method using boron-doped graphene as reductant and stabilizer.The average size of palladium nanoparticles highly dispersed on the surface of boron-doped graphene was about 6.5 nm.The electrochemical sensor was prepared by modifying the as-formed catalyst on the surface of glassy carbon electrode.The obtained electrochemical sensor exhibited an excellent electrochemical catalytic activity for H_(2)O_(2).It exhibited high sensitivity with the detection limit as low as 830 nmol/L and good linearity in the range of 2.5-300μmol/L for detection of H_(2)O_(2).It could be utilized for the determination of H_(2)O_(2)in milk samples.
