摘  要:建立了一种微波消解结合电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICP-OES)测定海绵钛中的氯含量。利用微波消解仪对海绵钛样品进行消解溶样,选择分析谱线为134.724 nm,进行基体匹配且对共存杂质元素硅、铁、锰、镁、钙、镍、铬等进行干扰实验。结果表明,共存杂质对氯的测定无明显干扰。在最佳条件下,氯在0~10 mg/L范围内具有良好的线性关系,线性相关系数r大于0.999,回收率为98.7%~104%,相对标准偏差为2.8%。该方法可以检测海绵钛产品中含量大于0.025%的氯。A determination method for chlorinity in titanium sponge by inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectroscopy(ICP-OES)was established.The sample was fully dissolved by microwave digestion at high temperature.The spectral line of 134.724 nm was chosen,and the effect of coexisting impurities of Si,Fe,Mn,Mg,Ca,Ni,Cr and main matrix was investigated.The results showed that there was no obvious interference for the determination of chlorine.A good linear relationship of chlorinity was exhibited in the range of 0-10 mg/L(r≥0.999),with the standard addition recoveries of 98.7%-104%and the RSDs of 2.8%.This method could detect trace chlorine in titanium sponge reliabely.
