摘　　要：贵州高等教育高质量发展既是满足“四新”“四化”对教育的要求,也是贵州教育发展的内在需要。贵州高等教育高质量发展必须通过提高办学水平,全力打造特色教育,不断创新人才培养模式,大力发展高层次教育、提升科研水平和科研成果转化能力等措施,才能切实促进高等教育适应和推进“四新”“四化”建设。The high-quality development of Guizhou higher education is not only to meet the educational requirement of the"Four New"and"Four transformation",but also is to respect the inherent needs of Guizhou educational development.The paths to develop the high-quality development of Guizhou higher education are improving the level of running schools,creating characteristic education,constantly innovating the talent training model,vigorously developing higher-level education,improving the level of scientific research and the ability to transform its results in society.Only like this,it is possible to effectively make the higher education adapting and promoting the requirement of"four new"and"Four Four transformation"
