摘　　要：待业大学生就业难已经是一个不争的事实,而社会上一些人为就业陷阱又严重影响了待业大学生的顺利就业。文章通过从现实案例中总结就业陷阱的类型,分析待业大学生遭遇就业陷阱的原因,提出政府、学校、社会要各履其职、各尽其责,帮助待业大学生识别就业陷阱,顺利实现就业。It is an indisputable social reality that the employment for college graduates is difficult,and some artificial employment traps in society have a very serious impact on the employment of college students waiting for employment.By summing up the types of employment traps from practical cases,and analyzing the reasons why unemployed college students fall into these traps,this paper puts forward that the government,schools,and society should perform their respective duties,which can help unemployed college students identify the said traps and help them realize employment smoothly.
