中药穴位贴敷神阙穴治疗儿童功能性便秘临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察中药穴位贴敷神阙穴治疗儿童功能性便秘的临床疗效。方法选择120例儿童功能性便秘患者,均为实证便秘,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各60例。对照组采用双歧杆菌三联活菌散常规治疗,观察组采用中药穴位贴敷神阙穴治疗。2组均7 d为1个疗程,连续治疗2个疗程。比较2组治疗前后Bristol粪便性状分级及Cleveland便秘评分系统(CCS)、便秘患者生活质量自评量表(PAC-QOL)中文版、中医证候、便秘症状评分变化,并比较2组临床疗效、不良反应。结果治疗后,2组CCS、PAC-QOL评分和中医证候各项评分及总分、便秘症状各项评分和总分均较本组治疗前显著降低(P<0.05),Bristol粪便性状分级升高(P<0.05),且2组组间比较差异也均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率90.00%(54/60),对照组总有效率75.00%(45/60),观察组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。2组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论中药穴位贴敷神阙穴治疗能有效降低儿童功能性便秘实证患儿的便秘严重程度,改善生活质量。Objective To observe the clinical effect of acupoint sticking therapy at Shenque point(RN8)for children with functional constipation(FC).Methods Totally 120 children with FC who were all sthenia constipation were randomly assigned to the observation group(n=60)and the control group(n=60).The control group was treated with bifidobacterium triple viable powder,and the observation group with acupoint sticking therapy at Shenque point(RN8).The treatment continued for 2 courses(1 course for 7 days),the aim was to compare Bristol Stool Form Scale(BSFS),Cleveland Constipation Score(CCS),Chinese version of Patient-Assessment of Constipation Quality of Life(PAC-QOL),traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome and constipation symptoms scores;the curative effect and adverse reactions were assessed.Results After treatment,CCS,PAC-QOL score,TCM)syndrome and constipation symptoms scores in groups were notably decreased(P<0.05),while BSFS in groups was significantly increased(P<0.05).The overall effective rate was 90.00%(54/60)in the observation group,better than that of 75.00%(45/60)in the control group(P<0.05).None of the incidence of adverse reactions differed significantly between groups(P>0.05).Conclusion For children with FC who were sthenia constipation,acupoint sticking therapy at Shenque point(RN8)can effectively relieve the severity of constipation and improve quality-of-life of these patients.
