摘  要:萌发期冷害是限制我国东北地区玉米生产的重要因素之一,开展玉米种质材料的耐冷性鉴定是提高耐冷玉米品种选育效率和创新玉米耐冷种质资源的基础。本研究以279份玉米自交系为试验材料,利用人工气候箱开展萌发期耐冷性鉴定,采用主成分分析、隶属函数分析及聚类分析等方法进行萌发耐冷性评价。主成分分析结果表明,7 d发芽率、7 d芽鲜重、7 d芽干重可作为玉米萌发期耐冷性鉴定的指标。进一步通过综合耐冷性D值及聚类分析,将279份玉米自交系的耐冷性程度划分为5个等级。其中耐冷性差的材料为21份,耐冷性一般的材料为54份,耐冷性中等的材料为58份,耐冷性较强的材料为116份,耐冷性强的材料为30份。耐冷性强的材料主要有FS1、FS102、FS122等,其中FS122的D值最高,为0.91。Chilling injury is one of the main reasons that restrict maize production in Northeast of China.It is the foundation of breeding and germplasm improvement of cold-tolerance maize to evaluatethe cold-tolerance of maize during germination stage.In this study,279 maize inbred lines were used as experimental materials,and an artificial climate chamber was used to identify cold tolerance during germination,and principal component analysis,membership function analysis and cluster analysis were used to evaluate cold tolerance during germination.The results showed that the principal component analysis showed that the 7-day germination rate,7-day bud fresh weight and 7-day bud dry weight could be used as indicators for the identification of cold tolerance of maize during germination.Further,through comprehensive cold tolerance D value and cluster analysis,the cold tolerance of 279 maize inbred lines were divided into 5 grades.Among them,there were 21 materials with poor cold resistance,54 materials with general cold resistance,58 materials with medium cold resistance,116 materials with strong cold resistance and 30 materials with very strong cold resistance.The materials with very strong cold resistance mainly include FS1,FS102 and FS122,and FS122 had the highest D value of 0.91.
