摘　　要：小阴唇增生肥大困扰很多女性。对于小阴唇增生肥大的外科治疗,目前临床认知及操作中存在较多混乱的情况,需要有经过证实的行业规范来指引,共识编写组遴选了有关临床问题,经过证据文献检索、专家论证,形成了相关推荐意见,以期能够进一步规范小阴唇增生肥大的治疗决策。Labia minora hypertrophy has been a significant problem disturbing many females.At present,there are many confusions in clinical cognition and operation regarding the surgical treatment of labia minora hypertrophy,which requires the guidance from proven codes of practice.The working group selected relevant clinical issues,gave recommendations based on a thorough literature review of the latest reports and expert’s evaluation,in the hope of providing a treatment algorithm for labia minora hypertrophy.
