摘　　要：目的探讨精神分裂症(SP)患者肇事肇祸行为的相关因素。方法选取2019年2月至2021年6月就诊于我院的SP患者,有肇事肇祸行为作为研究组,无肇事肇祸行为作为对照组,两组各88例,分析SP患者肇事肇祸行为的相关因素。结果文化程度、婚姻状况、既往有冲动攻击行为、治疗次数、家族史、情绪易波动、早年遭受父母虐待、家庭结构不完整与SP患者肇事肇祸行为有关,且是高危因素(p﹤0.05)。结论SP患者肇事肇祸行为发生与文化程度、婚姻状况、既往有冲动攻击行为、治疗次数、家族史、情绪易波动、早年遭受父母虐待、家庭结构不完整有关。Objective To explore the related factors of troublemaking behaviors in patients with schizophrenia(SP).Methods Patients with SP who visited our hospital from February 2019 to June 2021 were included and those who had troublemaking behaviors were taken as the experimental group(n=88)and no troublemaking behavior as the control group(n=88).The related factors of troublemaking behaviors of SP patients were analyzed.Results Educational level,marital status,previous impulsive and aggressive behaviors,treatment times,family history,emotional vulnerability,parental abuse in early life,and incomplete family structure were high risk factors for the troublemaking behaviors of SP patients(p﹤0.05).Conclusion The occurrence of troublemaking behaviors in SP patients is related to educational level,marital status,previous impulsive aggressive behavior,treatment times,family history,emotional vulnerability,parental abuse in early life,and incomplete family structure.
