摘　　要：目的探讨口腔医用耗材全流程管理系统设计,实现物资精细化管理。方法以医院资源规划(HRP)系统为基础,通过与供应商云平台、医院智能化财务系统等集成,提出改善口腔医用耗材监管模式、构建业财一体化、加强分支机构物资管控、优化营商环境和开发个性化需求等创新点。结果系统设计与实施提升了口腔医用耗材管理精细化程度,保障了口腔医用耗材的供给和使用安全。结论口腔医用耗材全流程管理系统是医院智慧管理的重要体现,有利于提升医学装备的管理水平,促进医院高质量发展。Objective To explore the whole process management system of dental consumables so as to realize refine management.Methods Based on the hospital resource planning(HRP)system,through the integration with the supplier cloud platform and the hospital intelligent financial system,this article put forward several innovative points,including improving the dental consumables supervision mode,integrating industry and finance,strengthening the material management of branches,optimizing the business environment and developing individual demand.Results This system improved refine management and ensure the safety of supply and use of dental consumables.Conclusion The whole process management system for dental consumables is an important embodiment of intelligent management,which is conducive to improving the management of medical equipment and promoting the high-quality development of the hospital.
