摘 要:目的探索在医院门诊医生工作站推广智能语音识别系统并评估推广成效。方法采用多维度推广模式,整合组织方式、技术支撑和多种培训方式,统计诊室及医生系统使用活跃度。结果推广后全院所有门诊科室都使用了智能语音系统,使用系统的诊室占全部诊室数量的80%,使用诊室活跃度稳定。结论经过多维度推广后,智能语音系统成功应用于门诊医生工作站,受到医生认可。Objective comprehensive hospital and to evaluate the effectiveness.Methods The intelligent speech recognition system was promoted using a multi-dimensional strategy,and the organizational method,technical support,and various training methods were integrated.The number of active clinic and doctor users was counted.Results After the promotion,80%of the outpatient clinics used intelligent speech technology,covering all the outpatient departments of the hospital,and the number of active clinic users was stable.Conclusion After the multi-dimensional promotion,the intelligent speech recognition system was successfully applied to the outpatient doctor workstation and was recognized by the doctors.
