摘 要:防水黏结层是水泥桥面铺装重要组成部分,对桥面铺装使用寿命有重要影响。文中通过室内拉拔和剪切试验研究改性乳化沥青(RH)、日本进口的二阶环氧黏结材料(HRB)和新研发的界面增强黏结剂(GY)3种防水层材料层间黏结性能在温度变化、冻融、老化、水损害和腐蚀等不同环境条件下的黏结性能,结果表明,高温对黏结性能影响最大,在70℃时RH拉拔强度为0.4 MPa, HRB为0.7 MPa, GY为1.34 MPa,较常温时下降了约70%。Waterproof bonding layer is an important part of cement bridge deck pavement, which has an important impact on the service life of bridge deck pavement. The bonding properties of three waterproof layer materials, namely, modified emulsified asphalt(RH), second-order epoxy bonding material(HRB) imported from Japan and newly developed interface reinforcing adhesive(GY), under different environmental conditions, such as temperature change, freeze-thaw, aging, water damage and corrosion, are studied through indoor pull-out and shear tests. It is found that high temperature has the greatest impact on the bonding properties. At 70 ℃, the pull-out strengths of RH, HRB and GY are 0.4 MPa, 0.7 MPa and 1.34 MPa, respectively, which is about 70% lower than that at room temperature. The test results provide a theoretical basis for the selection and application of bridge deck waterproof materials.
