摘 要:针对全国省界收费站撤销后出现的超限、超载车辆管控难,收费站入口超限建设模式多样的现状,需进一步规范建设模式,提升高速公路综合管理水平。文中通过对高速公路入口称重车道的通行能力进行分析,针对货车大流量的站点提出冗余车道建设方案,以贵州省杭瑞高速(遵义段)深溪收费站为例,通过实地调研和车流量分析,结合理论模型验证方案的可行性。结果表明,方案符合日后取消省界收费站自由流收费、降本增效的趋势,有助于保护高速公路经营单位的合法收费权益,保障高速公路安全畅通。In view of the difficulties in the management and control of overloading and overloaded vehicles after the cancellation of toll stations across the country’s provincial boundaries, as well as the various situations of over-limited construction models at the entrance of toll stations, it is imperative to further standardize the construction model and improve the comprehensive management level of expressways. Based on the analysis of the traffic capacity of the weighing lane at the entrance of the expressway, a redundant lane construction scheme is proposed for stations with a large flow of trucks. Taking the Shenxi Toll Station of Hangrui Expressway(Zunyi Section) in Guizhou Province as an example, the feasibility of the scheme is verified through field investigation and traffic flow analysis, combined with the theoretical model. The scheme is in line with the trend of canceling free-flow charges at provincial toll stations, reducing costs and increasing efficiency in the future. It will help to protect the legitimate rights and interests of expressway operating units and ensure the safety and smooth flow of expressways.
