摘　　要：应急药品储备是做好重大突发事件医疗救援的重要保障,是国家应急管理体系建设的重要内容。该文对我国当前的应急药品储备与使用管理的法规制度、模式和应用情况进行归纳分析,并从制度设计、目录制定、管理队伍和平台建设等方面分析当前存在的问题,提出建议和对策,以期为我国应急药品储备体系的建设提供一定参考。The emergency medicine stockpile is an important guarantee for medical rescue in serious incident and a major part of the construction of the national emergency management system.This paper summarized the current regulations,mode and application of emergency medicine stockpile and using management in China,and analyzed the current problems from the aspects of system design,catalog formulation,management team and platform construction,and proposed some recommendations and countermeasures,so as to provide reference for the development of emergency medicine stockpile system in China.
