摘　　要：新型冠状病毒肺炎(corona virus disease 2019,COVID-19)定点医院中应急药房的运行与管理,是关系到 COVID-19 疫情防控成效的重要环节之一。该文结合自身参与上海市COVID-19某定点医院应急药房的建立与运行经验,从管理机制构建、应急药品目录制定、人员管理培训、药品采购与调配流程、麻醉药品管理等方面详细介绍了COVID-19定点医院中应急药房的建设与运行管理,以满足疫情爆发初期以及中后期不同类型患者救治的需求,确保药品供应,保障患者用药合理安全,同时减少医务人员的院内交叉感染风险,为全球突发传染病大流行状态下应急药房的规范化管理提供参考。The operation and management of emergency dispensaries in designated hospitals for the coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19) is one of the important links for the effectiveness of epidemic prevention and control.Based on my own experience in the establishment and operation of emergency pharmacy in a designated hospital in Shanghai,the author introduced the construction and operation management of emergency pharmacy in designated hospitals in detail from the aspects of management mechanism construction,emergency drug catalogue formulation,personnel management training,drug procurement and deployment process,narcotic drug management,etc.The operation and management of emergency dispensaries in designated hospitals can meet the treatment needs of different types of patients in the early and the middle and late stage of COVID-19 outbreak,ensure drug supply,ensure the rational and safe use of drugs for patients,and reduce the risk of hospital cross infection among medical staff,provide reference for the standardized management of emergency dispensary under the global outbreak of infectious diseases.
