摘　　要：急性咽炎是目前较为常见的呼吸道疾病,呈多发性特征,严重者可引起急性肾炎、风湿热、败血症等全身性并发症,甚至危及生命。蒙医药在治疗本病方面具有一定优势。该文就蒙医对急性咽炎的认识及治疗原则、蒙医常用方剂及典型良方清咽六味散等方面进行综述,以期为今后临床应用和开发研究提供参考。Acute pharyngitis is a common respiratory disease with multiple characteristics.Serious cases can cause systemic complications such as acute nephritis,rheumatic fever,sepsis,and even endanger life.Mongolian medicine have certain advantages in treating this disease.This article reviews the understanding and treatment principles of acute pharyngitis in Mongolian medicine,the commonly used prescriptions and typical good prescriptions of Qingyan Liuwei powder in Mongolian medicine,so as to provide reference for clinical application and development in the future.
