多维视角下农村居民点用地集约利用评价研究——以安徽省天长市为例

摘　　要：推进农村居民点土地集约利用工作是缓解用地矛盾、缓和人地关系的重要抓手。文章以安徽省天长市为研究区域,基于农村居民点用地利用程度、产出效益和空间布局3个维度构建集约用地评价体系,运用极差标准化法、层次分析法(AHP)、多因素综合评定法等研究方法,综合评价研究区内农村居民点用地集约利用水平,据此进一步提出完善国土空间规划体系、管控农村居民点用地规模、加大农村建设资金投入、统筹强化城乡建设用地管控等对策建议。Promoting the intensive utilization of land in rural residential areas is an important grasp to alleviate the contradiction between land usage and mitigate man-land relationship.Taking Tianchang City,Anhui Province as the research area,this paper builds an intensive l relationship and use evaluation system based on the three dimensions of rural residential land use degree,output benefit and spatial layout,and comprehensively evaluates the intensive land utilization level of rural residential land in the research area by using the range standardization method,analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and multi factor comprehensive evaluation method.Based on these,this paper further puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions,such as improving the land spatial planning system,controlling the scale of rural residential land,increasing the investment of rural construction funds,coordinating and strengthening the control of urban and rural construction land.
