摘 要:目的 分析类风湿性关节炎(RA)患者肠道真菌菌群多样性变化。方法 纳入RA患者30例,健康体检者31例。采用ITS2高通量测序法测定RA患者与健康体检者共61例粪便样本的真菌构成。通过Alpha与Beta多样性、t检验及LEfSe分析比较2组间的真菌物种组成及差异。结果 RA患者肠道中假丝酵母菌属(Candida)的丰度有所上升,并富集节担菌属(Wallemia)、黄孢原毛平革菌属(Phanerochaete)、Suhomyces、弯颈霉属(Tolypocladium)、共球藻属(Trebouxia)、银耳属(Tremella)、Scolecostigmina属及帚枝霉属(Sarocladium)。结论 RA患者的肠道真菌菌群多样性没有发生显著改变,但其菌群结构发生改变,这些改变可能与RA的发生相关。Objective To analyze the changes of intestinal fungal flora diversity in rheumatoid arthritis(RA) patients. Methods A total of 30 RA patients were included with 31 healthy subjects as healthy control group. The composition of fungi in feces of all subjects was determined with ITS2 high-throughput sequencing method. The species composition and differences of fungi between the two groups were analyzed by using Alpha and Beta diversity and t test. Results The abundance of Candida in the intestine of RA patients increased, and Wallemia, Phanerochaete, Suhomyces, Tolypocladium, Tremella, Trebouxia, Scolecostigmina, and Sarocladium were prevalent in RA patients. Conclusion The diversity of intestinal fungal flora in RA patients did not change significantly, but the structure changed, and these changes may be related to the occurrence of RA.
