杜仲颗粒联合地屈孕酮治疗黄体功能不全型先兆流产患者的效果

摘　　要：目的:观察杜仲颗粒联合地屈孕酮治疗黄体功能不全型先兆流产患者的效果。方法:选取2019年6月至2021年2月该院收治的108例黄体功能不全型先兆流产患者进行前瞻性研究,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各54例。对照组采用地屈孕酮片治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合杜仲颗粒治疗,比较两组治疗前后中医证候积分、雌激素指标[雌二醇、人绒毛膜促性腺激素(HCG)、孕酮]水平以及保胎成功率和不良反应发生率。结果:治疗后,两组中医证候积分均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组雌二醇、HCG、孕酮水平均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组保胎成功率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:杜仲颗粒联合地屈孕酮治疗黄体功能不全型先兆流产患者可提高雌激素指标水平和保胎成功率,降低中医证候积分,其效果优于单纯地屈孕酮治疗。Objective:To observe effects of Duzhong granules combined with Dydrogesterone in treatment of patients with threatened abortion due to luteal insufficiency.Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 108 patients with threatened abortion due to luteal insufficiency who were admitted to this hospital from June 2019 to February 2021.They were divided into control group and observation group by using the random number table method,54 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Dydrogesterone tablets,while the observation group was treated with Duzhong granules on the basis of that of the control group.The TCM syndrome score,the estrogen index levels[estradiol,human chorionic gonadotropin(HCG),progesterone],the success rate of fetal protection,and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:After the treatment,the TCM syndrome scores of the two groups were lower than those before the treatment,that of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of estradiol,HCG and progesterone in the two groups were higher than those before the treatment,those of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The success rate of fetal protection in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:Duzhong granule combined with Dydrogesterone in the treatment of the patients with threatened abortion due to luteal insufficiency can improve the levels of estrogen index and the success rate of fetal protection,and reduce the TCM syndrome score.Moreover,it is superior to single Dydrogesterone treatment.
