UCG联合ECG检查在心尖肥厚型心肌病诊断中的效能

摘　　要：目的:探讨心动图(UCG)联合心电图(ECG)检查在心尖肥厚型心肌病(AHCM)诊断中的效能。方法:选取2018年10月至2020年10月该院收治的70例疑似AHCM患者行前瞻性研究。所有患者均接受UCH及ECG检查,以病史、临床表现及二维超声检查等综合诊断结果作为AHCM诊断金标准,分析UCG、ECG单项检查及两者联合检查诊断AHCM的效能。结果:70例高度疑似AHCM患者经综合诊断,51例确诊AHCM,检出率为72.86%;ECG检查、UCG检查诊断AHCM与综合诊断一致性分别为0.579、0.727,一致性一般;ECG联合UCG检查诊断AHCM与综合诊断的一致性为0.893,一致性好,且诊断的灵敏度、准确度均高于两者单项检查诊断(P<0.05)。结论:UCG联合ECG检查在AHCM诊断中的效能高于两者单项检查诊断效能。Objective:To investigate efficacy of cardiogram(UCG)combined with electrocardiography(ECG)in diagnosis of apical hypertrophic cardiomyopathy(AHCM).Methods:A prospective study was performed on 70 patients with suspected AHCM admitted to this hospital from October 2018 to October 2020.All patients underwent UCG and ECG examinations.Using the comprehensive diagnostic results of medical history,clinical manifestations,and two-dimensional ultrasonography as the gold standard for the diagnosis of AHCM,the efficacies of single UCG examination,single ECG examination and their combined examination in the diagnosing AHCM were analyzed.Results:Among the 70 highly suspected AHCM patients,51 were diagnosed with AHCM by comprehensive diagnostic examination,and the detection rate was 72.86%.The consistency of ECG examination and UCG examination in the diagnosis AHCM with the comprehensive diagnosis were 0.579 and 0.727,respectively,and the consistency was fair.The consistency of ECG combined with UCG in the diagnosis of AHCM with the comprehensive diagnosis was 0.893,and the consistency was good;and the sensitivity and accuracy were higher than those of the two single examinations(P<0.05).Conclusions:The efficacy of UCG combined with ECG examination in the diagnosis of AHCM is higher than that of the two single examinations.
