摘　　要：家庭农场是近年来现代农业新型经营主体的主要构成成分之一,也是农业地区实现农业规模化、产业化经营的重要载体,对于促进苏州地区农业增效、农民增收起着重要意义,对于推进苏州现代化农业和实现乡村振兴战略起着积极作用。家庭农场在经营过程中遇到的资金缺乏、担保手续繁琐等问题,需要金融给予进一步的支持,配套政策要进一步完善,拓宽融资渠道;家庭农场也要规范自身发展,加强人才队伍建设和基础设施建设,主动适应“数字经济”发展大趋势。Family farm is one of the main components of the new management body of modern agriculture in recent years, and it is also an important carrier for agricultural scale and industrialization in agricultural areas. It plays an important role in promoting agricultural efficiency and increasing farmers’ income, promoting modern agriculture and realizing the strategy of rural revitalization in Suzhou. The problems encountered in the operation of family farms, such as lack of funds and cumbersome guarantee procedures, need further financial support, and relevant supporting policies should be further improved and financing channels should be broadened;family farms should also standardize their own development, strengthen the construction of their talent team and infrastructure, and actively adapt to the development trend of "digital economy".
