摘　　要：为解决当前卷烟设备ZJ17、ZJ118等机型在工作过程中水松纸压紧轮不能自动控制导致的压紧轮、供纸轮容易磨损、使用寿命短等问题,该文利用电气系统与机械装置相结合的方式,实现水松纸压紧轮自动控制,提升水松纸压紧装置的使用寿命,降低卷烟物耗和质量风险,降低成本,提升效率。In order to solve current cigarette equipment ZJ17,ZJ118 and other models in the working process of the tipping paper pressure roller can not automatically control the pressure roller,the paper supply roller is easy to wear,short service life and other problems,this paper uses the combination of electrical system and mechanical device.The combination of the devices realizes the automatic control of the tipping paper pressing wheel,improving the service life of the tipping paper pressing device,reducing cigarette material consumption and quality risks,reducing costs,and improving efficiency.
