高浓度餐厨垃圾压榨液主要污染物分析与处理技术研究

摘  要:餐厨垃圾在减容预处理过程中,会产生高浓度压榨脱液。压榨脱液组分与污染程度受诸多因素影响而导致水质波动。针对脱液中难处理的高浓度油脂、氮与磷,进行处理技术分析并得到:气浮+混凝是有效分离压榨脱液中油的预处理技术;2级AO工艺可更好地利用原水中碳源,且脱氮相对彻底,宜用于压榨脱液中的氮脱除;废液中的高浓度污染物仅依赖生化处理难以得到处理标准,应辅以必要的深度处理。对于压榨脱液中高浓度氮、磷,后期建议开展必要的实践研究,以更好地实现废液处理的经济与社会价值。High content of squeezing liquid will be produced in the process of volume reduction pretreatment of kitchen waste.The content and pollution degree of the press extract are affected by many factors,which lead to the fluctuation of water quality.In view of the high concentration of oil,nitrogen and phosphorus which are difficult to deal with,the treatment technology is analyzed and it is concluded that air floatation plus coagulation is an effective pretreatment technology to separate the oil from the press solution;the two-stage AO process can make better use of the carbon source in the raw water,and the denitrification is relatively complete,so it is suitable for nitrogen removal in the press solution;the high content pollutants in the waste liquor are difficult to get the treatment standard only by biochemical treatment,which should be supplemented by necessary advanced treatment.For the high content of nitrogen and phosphorus in the press solution,it is suggested that necessary practical research should be carried out in the later stage in order to better realize the economic and social value of waste liquid treatment.
