摘 要:利用溶液共混法制备不同质量分数(10%~40%)微米级Al_(2)O_(3)颗粒改性环氧树脂复合材料,研究了Al_(2)O_(3)微粒含量对复合材料导热和导电特性的影响。结果表明:当Al_(2)O_(3)微粒质量分数为10%和20%时,微粒在基体中分散良好,随着Al_(2)O_(3)微粒含量增加,微粒相互接触并出现团聚结块现象;随着Al_(2)O_(3)微粒质量分数由10%增加到40%,复合材料在室温下的热导率由0.30 W·m^(-1)·K^(-1)增加到1.11 W·m^(-1)·K^(-1),玻璃化转变温度由115.44℃升高到122.89℃,线膨胀系数由56.86×10^(-6)K^(-1)降至34.86×10^(-6)K^(-1),电阻率由4.27×10^(10)Ω·cm降至3.01×10^(10)Ω·cm,50 Hz下的介电常数由7.97增大至10.36,在大于100 Hz高频率下的介电损耗因子基本不变。Different content(10wt%-40wt%)Al_(2)O_(3)micro-particle modified epoxy composites were prepared by blended solution method.The influence of Al_(2)O_(3)micro-particle content on thermal and electrical conductivity of the composites was studied.The results show that when the content of Al_(2)O_(3)micro-particles were 10wt%and 20wt%,the Al_(2)O_(3)micro-particles were well dispersed in the matrix.With increasing content of Al_(2)O_(3)micro-particles,the micro-particles contacted with each other and agglomerated.With increasing content of Al_(2)O_(3)micro-particles from 10wt%to 40wt%,the thermal conductivity of the composites increased from 0.30 W·m^(-1)·K^(-1)to 1.11 W·m^(-1)·K^(-1)at room temperature;the glass transition temperature increased from 115.44℃to 122.89℃;the linear expansion coefficient decreased from 56.86×10^(-6)K^(-1)to 34.86×10^(-6)K^(-1);the resistivity decreased from 4.27×10^(10)Ω·cm to 3.01×10^(10)Ω·cm;the dielectric constant increased from 7.97 to 10.36 at 50 Hz;the dielectric loss factor at high frequency larger than 100 Hz was basically unchanged.
