聚甲酚磺醛栓联合重组人干扰素α-2b凝胶治疗慢性宫颈炎患者的效果

摘　　要：目的:观察聚甲酚磺醛栓联合重组人干扰素α-2b凝胶治疗慢性宫颈炎患者的效果。方法:选取2019年4月至2020年11月该院收治的160例慢性宫颈炎患者进行前瞻性研究,按照随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组各80例。对照组给予重组人干扰素α-2b凝胶治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合聚甲酚磺醛栓治疗,比较两组临床疗效、雌激素受体β水平、孕激素受体水平和体征消失时间(分泌物改善时间,腰骶酸痛消失时间、宫颈修复时间)。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为96.25%,明显高于对照组的85.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组雌激素受体β和孕激素受体水平均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组分泌物改善时间、腰骶酸痛消失时间和宫颈修复时间均明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:聚甲酚磺醛栓联合重组人干扰素α-2b凝胶治疗慢性宫颈炎患者可提高治疗总有效率、雌激素受体β水平和孕激素受体水平,缩短体征消失时间,优于单纯重组人干扰素α-2b凝胶治疗效果。Objective:To observe effects of Policresulen suppository combined with recombinant human interferonα-2b gel in treatment of patients with chronic cervicitis.Methods:160 patients with chronic cervicitis admitted to this hospital from April 2019 to November 2020 were selected for the prospective study and were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,80 cases in each.The control group was treated with recombinant human interferonα-2b gel,while the observation group was treated with Policresulen suppository on the basis of that of the control group.The clinical efficacy,the estrogen receptorβlevel,the progesterone receptor level,and the sign disappearance time(secretory improvement time,lumbosacral pain disappearance time,cervical repair time)were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.25%,which was significantly higher than 85.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the levels of estrogen receptorβand progesterone receptor in the two groups were higher than before the treatment,those of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,the secretory improvement time,the lumbosacral pain disappearance time,the cervical repair time in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Policresulen suppository combined with recombinant human interferonα-2b gel in the treatment of the patients with chronic cervicitis can improve the total effective rate,the estrogen receptorβlevel and the progesterone receptor level,and shorten the sign disappearance time.Moreover,it is superior to single recombinant human interferonα-2b gel.
