ACMPE管理模式护理在良性阵发性位置性眩晕患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:观察评估-沟通-监测-患者-环境(ACMPE)管理模式护理在良性阵发性位置性眩晕(BPPV)患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2019年1月至2021年2月该院收治的102例BPPV患者进行前瞻性研究,按照随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组各51例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用ACMPE管理模式护理,比较两组护理前后前庭症状指数(VSI)评分、Berg平衡量表(BBS)评分、眩晕残障量表(DHI)评分、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分、遵医率和护理满意度。结果:护理后,观察组VSI、DHI评分低于对照组,BBS评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,两组HAMD、HAMA评分均低于护理前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组遵医率为94.12%,明显高于对照组的78.43%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度为92.16%,明显高于对照组的76.47%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:ACMPE管理模式护理应用于BPPV患者可降低VSI、DHI、HAMD、HAMA评分,提高BBS评分、遵医率和护理满意度,效果优于常规护理。Objective:To observe effects of assessment-communication-monitoring-patient-environment(ACMPE)management model nursing in patients with benign paroxysmal positional vertigo(BPPV).Methods:102 BPPV patients admitted to this hospital from January 2019 to February 2021 were selected for the prospective study,and were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,51 cases in each.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received ACMPE management mode nursing.The vestibular symptom index(VSI)score,the Berg balance scale(BBS)score,the dizziness handicap inventory(DHI)score,the Hamilton depression scale(HAMD)score,the Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA)score,the compliance rate,and the nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups before and after the nursing.Results:After the nursing,the VSI and DHI scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group;the BBS score was higher than that of the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the nursing,the HAMD and HAMA scores of the two groups were lower than those before the nursing,those of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The compliance rate of the observation group was 94.12%,which was significantly higher than the control group of 78.43%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 92.16%,which was significantly higher than the control group of 76.47%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:The ACMPE management model nursing to the BPPV patients can reduce the VSI,DHI,HAMD,HAMA scores,and improve the BBS score,the compliance rate and the nursing satisfaction.Moreover,it is superior to the routine nursing.
