青岛室内大气环境中铁质试样的腐蚀劣化的行为

摘  要:在无温湿度控制的青岛室内环境中进行了为期一年的环境监测,同时将白口铸铁和灰口铸铁置于此环境中考察了其腐蚀情况,采用超景深显微镜、SEM-EDS和激光拉曼光谱对试样表面的腐蚀产物进行分析,探讨了室内环境因素对馆藏铁质文物的腐蚀机制。结果表明:两种试样腐蚀初期的产物都以Fe_(2)O_(3)为主,随后检测到γ-FeOOH、α-FeOOH和少量β-FeOOH;随腐蚀时间的延长,Fe_(2)O_(3)和γ-FeOOH的含量出现先增多后减少的趋势,α-FeOOH含量呈增多的趋势;试样的腐蚀程度与室内环境因素密切相关,相同条件下,灰口铸铁的锈蚀程度小于白口铸铁。One-year environmental monitoring was carried out in Qingdao indoor environment without temperature and humidity control,and white cast iron and gray cast iron were placed in this environment to investigate the corrosion of the two samples.The corrosion products on the surface of the samples were analyzed by ultra-depth-offield microscopy,SEM-EDS and laser Raman spectroscopy,and the corrosion mechanism of indoor environmental factors on iron cultural relics in museums was discussed.The results showed that Fe_(2)O_(3)was the main product in the initial corrosion stage of the two samples,andγ-FeOOH,α-FeOOH and a small amount ofβ-FeOOH were subsequently detected.With the prolongation of corrosion time,the content of Fe_(2)O_(3)andγ-FeOOH increased first and then decreased,and the content ofα-FeOOH increased.The corrosion degree of the sample was closely related to the indoor environmental factors.Under the same conditions,the corrosion degree of gray cast iron was less than that of white cast iron.
