摘 要:利用自行研制的多通道电位自动采集装置,测试了19种金属材料在8 MPa模拟深海环境中的腐蚀电位,分析了腐蚀电位变化规律,得出了试验用金属材料在模拟深海中的腐蚀电位序。结果表明:碳钢、低合金钢、铝合金、铜合金及铝阳极均迅速达到稳定电位,电位波动较小;不锈钢和镍基合金在试验初期的腐蚀电位较正,随着浸泡时间的延长,腐蚀电位明显减小,电位变化幅度较大;金属材料在模拟深海环境中仅存在一个状态稳定电位,稳定腐蚀电位从低到高顺序大致为:铝阳极、铝合金、碳钢、低合金钢、高强不锈钢、铜合金、不锈钢、镍基合金。A self-developed multi-channel automatic potential acquisition device was used to monitor the corrosion potential of 19 kinds of metal materials in the simulated deep sea at a pressure of 8 MPa.The change rule of corrosion potential was analyzed,and the corrosion potential series of metal materials in simulated deep sea was given.The results showed that the potential of carbon steels,low alloy steels,aluminum alloys,copper alloys and aluminum anodewas stable rapidly and the potential fluctuation was small.The corrosion potential of stainless steels and nickel base alloys was positive at the beginning of the test.The corrosion potential versus immersion time decreased obviously and the potential change range was larger.In the simulated deep-sea environment,only activated stable potentials existed in the metal materials.The steady corrosion potentials of tested metallic materials can be ranked as a series from low to high as:aluminum anode,aluminum alloys,iron castings,carbon and low alloy steels,copper alloys,stainless steels and nickel base alloys.
