摘 要:利用循环流动试验装置,进行了多点在线电化学腐蚀参数测量,分析了P110钢在流动NaCl溶液中的电化学腐蚀行为,讨论了流速和NaCl浓度对P110钢腐蚀行为的影响。结果表明:在流动的2%(质量分数)NaCl溶液中,随着流速的增大P110钢的腐蚀速率升高,该过程中腐蚀反应主要由阴极氧扩散和阳极溶解反应共同控制;在高流速NaCl溶液中,液体对壁面的剪切力和Cl^(-)共同作用破坏了腐蚀产物膜,导致Cl^(-)浓度升高后电荷传递电阻持续减小,腐蚀速率增大。Using a circulating flow experimental device,multi-point online electrochemical corrosion parameters were measured,the electrochemical corrosion behavior of P110 steel in flowing NaCl solution was analyzed,and the effects of flow rate and NaCl concentration on the corrosion behavior of P110 steel were discussed.The results showed that in flowing 2%(mass fraction)NaCl solution,the corrosion rate of P110 steel increased with the increase of flow rate,and the corrosion reaction was mainly controlled by cathodic oxygen diffusion and anodic dissolution reaction.In high flow rate NaCl solution,the shear force of the liquid on the wall and the action of Cl^(-)worked together to destroy the corrosion product film,resulting in the continuous decrease of the charge transfer resistance and the increase of the corrosion rate after the increase of the Cl^(-)concentration.
