摘  要:该文介绍一种新型强化传热炉管的特点,针对特有炉型详述更换方案。为验证新型炉管的适应性和优势,进行了相同工况下的裂解炉工艺参数对比分析,同时针对不同原料的裂解炉在一个清焦周期内的运行参数进行了描述。通过实际操作概括了新型炉管节能降耗的优势,经济效益明显,为乙烯装置优化运行奠定了良好基础。This paper introduces the characteristics of a new type of enhanced heat transfer furnace tube,and the replacement scheme is described in detail according to the specific furnace type and the actual replacement of furnace tube.In order to verify the adaptability and advantages of the new furnace tube,the process parameters of the cracking furnace under the same working conditions are compared and analyzed,and the operation parameters of cracking furnace with different raw materials in one coke cleaning cycle are described.The advantages of energy saving and consumption reduction of the new furnace tube are summarized through practical operation,which has achieved significant economic performance and helped optimal operation for the ethylene plant.
