摘  要:某石化分公司新建280万吨/年重油催化裂化装置,充分利用不完全再生型式再生器产汽负荷大、热能温位高等特点,将CO余热锅炉、外取热器的发汽压力由常规中压等级提高至高压等级10.0 MPa。该文对产汽设备特点和安装调试过程进行梳理,总结了该催化裂化装置首次产高压蒸汽系统的工业应用情况,对推广催化裂化装置产高压蒸汽工艺有一定借鉴意义。The 2.8 million tons/year heavy oil catalytic cracking unit makes full use of the characteristics of incomplete regeneration type regenerator with large steam production load and high thermal energy temperature level to increase the steam pressure of CO heat recovery boiler and catalyst cooler from conventional medium pressure level to high pressure level(10.0 MPa).In this paper,the characteristics of the steam production equipment and the installation and commissioning process are reviewed,and the first industrial application of the catalytic cracking unit’s high-pressure steam production system is summarized.This paper has certain reference significance for promoting the process of producing high-pressure steam in catalytic cracking units.
