摘　　要：该文主要分析了某石化公司乙烯装置裂解气压缩机K20201透平输出功率下降原因,重点介绍了透平在线药剂清洗的过程、清洗效果,并解决了透平输出功率持续下降的问题,保证了乙烯装置的高负荷运行,为乙烯行业解决同类问题提供了新的思路。This article reviewed the problem of the decrease of turbine output power of the charge gas compressor K20201 in SC unit of A Petrochemical Company,and analyzed the causes of the problem.It also introduced the process and effect of on-line chemical cleaning of turbine,which solved the problem of continuous decrease of turbine output power and guaranteed the high-load operation of SC unit.These could provide a new way for ethylene operator to solve similar problems.
