全自动红外测油仪测定废水中石油类与动植物油类的探讨

摘　　要：测定工业废水和生活污水中石油类和动植物油类的最新标准采用红外分光光度法,全自动红外测油仪因过程自动化、安全性高而得到越来越广泛的应用。使用全自动红外测油仪,以四氯乙烯为萃取剂对新标准进行检验,结果表明油类、石油类及动植物油类检出限、测定下限、相对偏差等检测方法均符合标准规定,并对检验过程中出现的问题进行了探讨。The latest standard for the determination of petroleum,animal and vegetable oils in industrial wastewater and domestic sewage uses infrared spectrophotometry.Automatic infrared oil analyzer is widely used because of its automatic process and high safety.In this paper,tetrachloroethylene was used as extractant,and the latest standard was tested by automatic infrared oil analyzer.The results showed that the detection limit,lower limit and relative deviation of oil,petroleum,animal and vegetable oils all conform to the standards.The paper also discussed the problems in the process of the tests.
