芪贞补血汤治疗气血不足型缺铁性贫血疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察芪贞补血汤治疗气血不足型缺铁性贫血的临床疗效。方法:选取150例气血不足型缺铁性贫血,按随机数字表分为两组各75例。对照组予右旋糖酐铁分散片,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用芪贞补血汤,3个月为1个疗程,均治疗2个疗程,比较两组临床疗效。结果:治疗组中医证候及症状评分明显改善,临床疗效及血清学指标均优于对照组(P﹤0.05)。结论:芪贞补血汤配合右旋糖酐铁分散片治疗气血不足型缺铁性贫血临床疗效明显优于单用右旋糖酐铁分散片。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Qizhen Buxue decoction on iron deficiency anemia with qi and blood deficiency syndrome.Methods:150 cases of selected patients with iron deficiency anemia with qi and blood deficiency syndrome were divided into two groups by random number table,75 cases in each group.The control group was treated with iron dextran dispersible tablets,while the treatment group was treated plus with Qizhen Buxue decoction on the basis of control group.3 months as a course of treatment.Both groups were treated for 2 courses of treatment.The clinical efficacy was compared between two groups.Results:TCM syndrome and symptom scores of treatment group were significantly improved.The clinical efficacy and serological indexes of treatment group were better than those of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of Qizhen Buxue decoction and iron dextran dispersible tablets on iron deficiency anemia with qi and blood deficiency syndrome is significantly better than that of simple iron dextran dispersible tablets.
