驴乳粉修复皮肤屏障作用研究及安全性评价

摘　　要：初步探讨驴乳粉在皮肤屏障修复方面的作用与安全性。以驴乳粉为研究对象,通过细胞毒性试验、鸡胚绒毛尿囊膜试验、3D皮肤模型等评估驴乳粉的安全性与皮肤屏障修复效果。结果显示,10%以下浓度的驴乳粉对HaCaT细胞和NHDFs细胞无毒性,且能够促细胞增殖作用;驴乳粉无表皮细胞致炎性、无眼刺激性/腐蚀性作用和无皮肤刺激性/腐蚀性作用,但是两种光毒性预判模型对驴乳粉光毒性判定结果不一致,还需进一步的研究。2%驴乳粉能够显著修复受损皮肤屏障、抑制IL-1α的表达,效果与地塞米松类似。结果表明,驴乳粉基本具有皮肤用毒理安全性和修复皮肤屏障的效果。Preliminarily explore the safety and effect of donkey milk powder in repairing skin barrier.The safety and skin barrier repair effect of donkey milk powder were evaluated by cytotoxicity test,chicken embryo chorioallantoic membrane experiment and 3D reconstructed skin models.The results showed that donkey milk powder with concentration below 10%had no toxicity to HaCaT cells and NHDFs cells,and could promote cell proliferation;donkey milk powder has no epidermal cell inflammation,eye irritation/corrosive effect and skin irritation/corrosive effect,but the two phototoxicity prediction models have inconsistent results for the phototoxicity of donkey milk powder,and further research is needed.2%donkey milk powder can significantly repair the damaged skin barrier and inhibit the expression of IL-1α,and the effect is similar to dexamethasone.The results showed that donkey milk powder basically had toxicological safety for skin use and the effect of repairing skin barrier.
