摘 要:对石墨炉原子吸收光谱法和电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定婴幼儿配方乳粉中钼含量的进行技术关键点探讨和方法适用性比较。分别用两种检测方法对婴幼儿配方乳粉中钼含量进行测定,探讨微波消解条件、升温条件、基体改进剂等对原子吸收光谱法的影响,以及微波消解条件、质谱条件选择对电感耦合等离子体质谱法的影响,分析讨论两种测定方法结果差异。结果表明两种方法均适用于婴幼儿配方乳粉中钼的测定。To explore the technical key points and method applicability of graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry(GFAAS)and inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS)for the determination of molybdenum in infant formula milk powder.Two detection methods were used to determine the molybdenum content in infant formula milk powder,and the effects of microwave digestion conditions,heating conditions,matrix modifiers,etc.on atomic absorption spectrometry,as well as the effects of microwave digestion conditions and mass spectrometry conditions on inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry were discussed.The differences between the results of the two detection methods were analyzed and discussed.both methods are suitable for the determination of molybdenum in infant formula milk powder.
