摘  要:在开敞式码头中,栈桥墩普遍采用高桩墩台式结构,它透空性好、波浪反射小,波浪和海流的阻力较小,其上部墩台常采用现浇钢筋混凝土结构。对于外海无掩护的水运工程,施工海域条件恶劣,通常采用钢套箱或混凝土套箱作为墩台的临时施工模板,在套箱内部浇筑主体结构,但施工完成后仍需拆模工作。文章以实际工程为例,提出一种栈桥墩预制壳体结构,该壳体结构作为主体结构的一部分,可节省大部分支立、拆卸模板的工序,减少施工人员水上作业时间,保障施工进度。In the open sea terminal,the trestle pier generally adopts the high-pile pier platform structure.It has good permeability,small wave reflection,and small resistance to waves and currents.The upper pier platform often adopts the castin-situ reinforced concrete structure.For the unprotected offshore water transportation project,the construction sea area conditions are harsh,steel casing or concrete casing is usually used as the temporary construction formwork of pier and abutment,and the main structure is poured inside the casing,but the formwork still needs to be removed after the construction is completed.Taking the actual project as an example,this paper proposes a prefabricated shell structure of trestle pier,which is a part of the permanent structure.It can save most of the procedures of erecting and dismantling formwork,reduce the water operation time of constructors and ensure the construction progress.
