摘  要:针对大口径流量计工作环境恶劣、难以实时获取流量数据的问题,本项目研发了基于MSP430F149单片机的供水大口径流量计数据采集系统。首先提出了基于MSP430F149单片机的数据采集终端的硬件架构,然后完成了用于终端控制与数据处理的数据采集系统功能设计,实现了系统可视化。该系统可以对流量采集终端设备进行远程操控并对流量数据进行可视化展示。将研发的数据采集系统应用于供水企业,实现了流量数据的有效获取,对降低水耗、节约水资源有着重要意义。Aiming at the problem that the large diameter flowmeter has a harsh working environment and it is difficult to obtain its flow data in real time,a data acquisition system of water supply large diameter flowmeter based on MSP430F149 was developed.Firstly,the hardware architecture based on MSP430F149 was proposed.Then,the function of the data acquisition system for terminal control and data processing was developed,and the visualization of the system was realized.The system can remotely control the flow acquisition terminal equipment and visually display the flow data.Applying the developed data acquisition system to water supply enterprises can effectively obtain flow data,which is of great significance for reducing water consumption and saving water resources.
